Culloton Strategies was formed by Dennis Culloton – one of the most experienced crisis managers and media strategists in practice today. He has counseled clients through major initiatives including health policy, new hospital construction, environmental issues, crisis management, boardroom battles, litigation and major acquisitions. Culloton has served as the crisis communicator and adviser for clients faced with plane crashes, natural disasters, employee misconduct, investigations and litigation. Prior to forming his private practice, Culloton was the press secretary to former Illinois Governor George Ryan, the chief spokesperson for the Chicago Airport System and a public affairs executive with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.

Culloton Strategies’ chief creative officer is Lissa Druss Christman, an Emmy award-winning broadcast sports and news producer. During her 21 years in television journalism, Christman has written and produced for news, entertainment and sports in both Chicago and Los Angeles, covering stories ranging from the O.J. Simpson murder trial to the Chicago Bulls dynasty of the 90s. Christman has counseled and trained many professional athletes in their media careers and has developed media plans for athletes including professional boxer Mike Lee, former MLB stars Frank Thomas and Doug Glanville, New Orleans Saints’ Alex Brown and former NFL players Jim Miller, Jerry Azumah and Muhsin Muhammad.
