West Valley clinic offers cheaper dental services for children
GLENDALE, AZ – A West Valley clinic is offering low-cost dental check-ups for kids in time for them to go back to school.
Midwestern University trains its future dentists by allowing them to practice on both adults and children under the supervision of experienced doctors.
“We’re here just basically to help the students make sure that the young ones get their back to school check ups,” said Dr. Kimberly Patterson, a pediatric dentist, who is teaches at the school.
While it’s not free, the clinic charges patients half of what they would pay at a private practice.
