Tracey Mendrek serves as Chief Financial Officer of Culloton + Bauer Luce, overseeing the Firm’s financial management and operations.

As an experienced public relations expert specializing in external and internal media relations, social media and marketing communications strategies she drives firm profitability and oversite. Her strategic thinking keeps the firm focused on best-in-class engagements, fiscal responsibility and long-term goals and relationships.

She successfully completed an internal turnaround of CBL focused on client retention and development, overhaul of budget with an eye toward staffing needs and profitability resulting in an increase in revenue and profit. She fostered positive relationships with stakeholders to create confidence and trust in high stress, high-risk crisis engagements resulting in referrals and additional engagement for strategic counsel.

She sits on the Board of the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago and is a graduate of Knox College in Galesburg, IL.
