With Daily Fantasy Sports under increasing scutiny across the country, Illinois begins to consider regulating the industry:
“Tom Swoik, executive director of the Illinois Casino Gaming Association, said the organization is not currently involved in any negotiations over the issue. Unlike Nevada, Illinois doesn’t allow sports betting at its casinos.
But, said Swoik, “We’re watching to see what’s going on.”
