Chicago Cubs:
Cubs chairman Tom Ricketts addressed the MLB and fans to announce plans to move forward with the Wrigley Field restoration and expansion.
The Cubs’ locker rooms other amenities are amongst the worst in all of baseball. “It’s time to invest in Wrigley Field and do the things our competitors do.” Ricketts submitted a letter and video to Cubs fans demonstrating the immediate need to renovate the facilities in order to put a high caliber team on the field. “We can’t delay any longer,” Ricketts said in the video. “The time to build a winner is now.”
