As a two-time cancer survivor who lost her hair twice as a teenager, Rebecca Boumstein was determined to make a difference for other young patients like herself.

Today, Boumstein, 31, is a pediatric cancer nurse at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the founder of the nonprofit Hair for You Foundation, which helps children and teens who lose their hair during cancer treatments by helping purchase wigs for them.
